New makeup brands with their loads of new products always fascinate me. It has not been too long since the brand 3ina, pronounced as Mina came in the Indian market. I do have a physical store of 3ina near me but I have never actually visited the store. Recently I bought 4 products from the brand (including 2 nail polishes and 2 cream eyeshadows) from Myntra. The product that I will be reviewing today is 3INA Cream Eyeshadow 316.
As I said, I have never been to the actual store, the reason for that being the number of options that the brand has. They have so many products to choose from that whenever I think of going into the store, I get overwhelmed and confused. Also, I personally find the prices of the products a little on the pricer side. Price: INR 800 for 3 ml of product (BUY HERE, HERE)
I bought the items on Myntra especially when they were available on sale.

Packaging:
I adore the way these cream shadows look. I won’t say that the packaging is super different or super special, but the little glass tub with the black screw on cap makes it look adorable. It is not exactly a travel friendly product due to the glass tub. The cap screws on tightly which ensures that the product will not dry for a longer time. The round glass tub is packed inside a square shaped cardboard box which has a colored top. The color of the top represents the actual color of the product inside. All the details about the product are mentioned on the outer box.
My Experience with 3INA Cream Eyeshadow 316:
The shade 316 is a pretty pink colored cream eyeshadow which is good for everyday use. The cream shadow has good pigmentation and can be blended well to get the desired opacity . The formulation works better when blended using a finger. When blended with an eyeshadow brush the cream shadow looks patchy and needs to be blended with a finger to get an even base.
Texture wise, the shadow is very creamy (as expected from a cream eyeshadow) and feels very soft. The staying power of the product is also decently good. It might not stay put for 10-12 hours but it does help the eyeshadow stay for a good 6-7 hours. I have tried the cream shadow alone and with a powder shadow over it and it does work good in both the situations.
Overall Experience:
Overall, this was an average product for me. Though the cream eyeshadow lasted good for hours, but I exactly didn’t like the way it applied initially. The packaging is cute, but the price is little on the higher side.
I already have 2 shades from the collection and I would like to try more, but I would certainly not buy it at full price.
Swatch:
Pros of 3INA Cream Eyeshadow 316:
- Adorable packaging
- Paraben free, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly
- Good pigmentation and good staying power
- Dries really quick and is water-proof
- The product works well when blended with a finger
- Can be used under any eyeshadow to make it last longer or can also be used on its own
Cons of 3INA Cream Eyeshadow 316:
- The product might dry up really fast if the lid is not closed properly
- The glass tub makes it not so easy to travel with
- It is a pricey product
- The product does not apply too well with a brush
- Dipping your finger in the tub every time while applying the product might not be too hygienic and might also be a little difficult if you have long nails.
- The product does not glide as smooth as some of the other cream products available in the market
Rating: 3/5
A cream eyeshadow that doesn’t glide easily sounds like a bummer.
