Blue Heaven is one of the most affordable brands available in the Indian market and as it is affordable, not everyone trusts the brand. I personally was also one of those girls who was not a fan of the brand until I decided to give their liquid lipsticks a try. There are 6 shades in the collection and I have bought and swatched the full collection. Some of the colors are better than the others. Today I’ll be sharing my review on Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lip Color Brick Red which is shade number 4.

Packaging:

Blue Heaven Non Transfer lipsticks look like a regular bullet lipstick but like other like other liquid lipsticks, this one too has an applicator attached to the screw on lid. The lipstick not only looks nice but is also travel-friendly. The packaging is not something of extra high quality but the illusion of a bullet lipstick makes it little interesting. Moreover, as this lipstick was just 205 bucks, I can’t complain about the not so fancy looking packaging.

My experience with Blue Heaven Non Transfer Lip Color Brick Red:

As assumed by the name of the lip color, Brick Red is a red colored liquid lipstick, but it has an orange undertone. Brick Red is a beautiful shade which can not only be used for everyday wear to pump up any casual outfit, but it is also a brilliant color for sluttery look. Though the color has a hue of orange in it, it is not very difficult to pull off and is a good option for ladies who want to try an orange lip color but do not want a bright orange lip.

The formulation of Brick Red is not the best out of the lot but is surely better than the nude shade from the collection. The lip color glides on smoothly on the lips and does not make the lips feel dry. It does not even accentuate fine lines on the lips. The fact that I don’t love about this color is that, it does not fade very nicely. It kind of becomes patchy and also applies a little bit streaky on the first coat.

Staying power of the color is just like the other shades from the collection. It does stay for decent 3-4 hours but fades from the inner section of the lips after a meal. It is non-transferrable which kind of improves its staying power.

Overall Experience:

Overall, I do love the shade but it is not my favorite from the lot. I would recommend this shade to the ladies who want to try orange lips but are scared to go overboard with the brightest orange.
