Packaging:
Nykaa Liquid Lipsticks come in a square shaped tube with a black cap. The packaging is simple and cute and is travel-friendly. I like the outer cover in which the lipstick comes, it not only contains the name of the color and other important details, it also contains a sketch of the city from which the color is inspired. Also, the number and the name of the shade is written on the base of the lipstick, and in this case, the sticker is pink colored whereas the actual lip color in the tube looks red. Which gives a vibe of a pink toned red.
My Experience with Nykaa Matte To Last Liquid Lipstick Mishti:
The shade Mishti is a red color from the collection, it is a pink toned red which looks beautiful with both Indian as well as western outfits. Yes, it is a bright shade and might not be everyone’s preferred choice, but it is a kind of shade that can amp up any outfit.
The pigmentation, staying power and everything else you can expect from a liquid lipstick is amazing in the case of Mishti. The formulation is light and non-drying. It is transfer proof too. Though a single swipe of the lip color is enough to get fully opaque lips, applying a second layer does not make it cakey or patchy.
like all the other shades that I have reviewed earlier, this one too comes off from the inner sections of the lips after a big oily meal. It can withstand light meals and liquids quite well. As it is a darker shade, it somehow stains the lips red, which means that you would never have bare lips even after a long day of work.
Overall Thoughts:
Like all the other colors in the collection, which I have tried so far, I love this color too. The formulation, including the staying power in all the shades, are same, be it a lighter shade or a brighter one like Mishti. I highly recommend trying at least one shade from the collection.
Pros of Nykaa Matte To Last Liquid Lipstick Mishti:
- Beautiful red (as it is a pink toned red, it can also be worn even if you are not very comfortable with a red lip color)
- Affordable
- Easily available
- Amazing pigmentation
- Does not feel dry or heavy on lips
- Travel-friendly packaging
- Free of any preservatives and Parabens
- Great staying power
- Can be used for some other purposes too (like I am currently using it as my sindoor color and it stays for a full day, I know that the formula is not meant for the same, but I love a bright red on my forehead)
Cons of Nykaa Matte To Last Liquid Lipstick Mishti:
The color is too bright for everyday use, but this does not make it a minus. So, basically, there are no cons.

A lot of reviews said that they found the formula to be quite drying. That was what put me off from trying this liquid lip. Nice to hear that you didn’t find this drying.
Oh I am glad that it wasn’t drying for me, not even without a lip balm. I found the Sugar ones more drying.
Sugar ones are drying to an another level.. these are comfortable when compared to them.. I really love the shade Mishti 😍
The color is really nice! 🙂
