I am a fan of multipurpose travel-friendly products due to which customized palettes are my favorite. But when you can get a ready-made palette with all the 3 face products (a bronzer, a blush, and a highlighter), you don’t need to customize. A few months back Sugar Cosmetics came out with their Contour De Force Face Palette containing all the 3 face products. Today I’ll be reviewing the shade 02 Vivid Victory (one out of the two available shades)
Price: Rs 799 per palette (BUY HERE)
Shades Available: 01 Subtle Summit and 02 Vivid Victory

Packaging:
Contour De Force Face Palette comes in a beautiful purple colored rectangular packaging with 3 round pans and a full sized mirror. The palette is handy and travel friendly. There is no brush or applicator provided with the palette.
My Experience with Contour De Force Face Palette:
Now, as I mentioned, the palette is available in 2 color options, Subtle Summit and Vivid Victory. The shade Subtle Summit is the lighter of the 2 available options and is good for ladies with a fairer skin tone. It contains subtle shades and is good for everyday use. But I opted for the shade Vivid Victory as it had a better shade of bronzer for my skin tone, plus I personally like bolder highlighter and blush shades.
The first color in the palette is the bronzer which in this case is a warm brown toned bronzer called Woody Wonder. The bronzer works well for my medium, yellow undertoned skin color. The bronzer is completely matte and is easy to work with. I have used this bronzer with the other products in this palette as well as with other products and it works decently well for me.
The centre shade of the palette is the highlighter which is a golden bronze highlighter. I don’t like the highlighter too much but it does work for me. The highlighter is called Gold Glory and it looks pretty similar to the bronzer in the pan with small glitter particles. The third pan is the blush which is called Pink Pinnacle and it is like a deeper pink toned blush. I am not a fan of the blush either (it is very similar to many other blushes I already have), but it does work for me when I am traveling.
Pigmentation wise all the 3 colors are good and can easily be blended or build to a certain intensity as per desire. The colors look average on my skin and their staying power is also average.
Overall Verdict:
I don’t hate the product but I don’t love it either. It is a handy palette for traveling. Instead of carrying 3 different products all you need is this single palette. The shades can suit some skin colors but they are certainly not universal. I wish that the brand had more color options. I won’t buy this product again but for someone who wants to have a good quality
Pros of Contour De Force Face Palette:
- Reasonably priced (Rs 799 for 3 products is not so bad)
- Easy to travel with (sturdy packaging and save a lot of space)
- Decently pigmented colors
- This product is free from parabens, D5, mineral oil, and nano-ingredients.
- The products blend effortlessly
- The palette contains a beautiful highlight shade (the major reason I use this palette)
- All the 3 products can also be bought individually
Cons of Contour De Force Face Palette:
- Only two color options
- The bronzer or even the blusher do not have long staying power

I really wanted to try this but now I think this may be skipped. 🙈
This is just a decent product but not something you’ll miss trying.
