Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush Apri-Cot In The Middle: Review

In my January makeup Haul, I bought few wet n wild products from Nykaa. Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush Apri-Cot In The Middle was one of them. Today I will be sharing my experience with the blush. Apri-Cot In The Middle is not my first wet n wild blush, I bought a couple of blushes from wet n wild during my International visit a few years ago, but as the ones available on Nykaa are with new packaging, and a new formula as well.

Wet n Wild blushes come in a square shaped pan with a rectangular packaging. The lid of the packaging is transparent and it closes with a click which makes the blush travel-friendly. There is nothing fancy about the packaging of the blush, but as it retails for under 300 bucks, not much should be expected. The blush comes without an applicator or a mirror.

My Experience with Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush Apri-Cot In The Middle:

As the name reflects, Apri-Cot In The Middle is a beautiful peachy blush. The shade does seem to have some finely melt shimmer particles but these do not show up much on the skin. Apri-Cot In The Middle has great pigmentation and it does suit many skin tones, but the color might not be best suited for very dark skin tones, on which this might not even show up much.

The blush is very soft to apply and blends well on the skin. Wet n Wild blushes are known for their long staying power. 2 coats of the blush applied in the morning stays good till the evening after which it might require touch-ups.

Overall verdict:

I liked the shade as well as the blendability and the staying power. The formula of these new packaging blushes is the same as the old one, all that differs is the basic outer layout. The shade Apri-Cot In The Middle is a great to use blush and I do recommend it, especially due to the affordability.
