I wanted to try it for a long time and finally, here I am with my review of the shade “midnight rose”.

My experience with Faces Ultime Pro Matte Lip Crayon Midnight Rose:
These lip crayons from Faces are like pencils and you have to sharpen them with a sharpener. These are nonretractable and sharpening leads to product wastage. I have got one free sharpener with these two but my friend got two individual sharpeners! The body of the pencils resembles the shade color and also the name of the shade is imprinted on it. But the cap is flimsy and made of transparent plastic. They are not that tight and can come out easily in your purse! So not very travel travel-friendly.
The shade midnight rose is a deep maroonish red and perfect for party and festive season! It will suit every skin tone and is especially suitable for darker skin tones. It brightens up the face instantly. The texture is smooth and glides on lips without any tugging. It settles into matte finish and I didn’t find any dryness on my lips after wearing this.
The pigmentation is really awesome and only a single swipe is enough to cover pigmented lips. It is long staying and it stays on my lips almost through the whole day. Though after a heavy meal you need to do some touch-ups to prevent patches. Overall I am happy that I finally picked them!
