Liquid Lipsticks available in India

It has been a while since I wrote something; it’s actually been almost 2 months since I last wrote regularly. I apologize for not writing, but I was a bit busy with my life. From now on I will try to be as regular as I used to be earlier.

For today’s article, I’ll be listing down some of the liquid lipstick brands that are available in India and the places from where they can be brought. Liquid lipsticks have been a craze for a while now and ladies prefer liquid lipsticks over traditional lipsticks. Almost every brand has come up with their variety of liquid lipstick and so there are a huge number of options available in the market. But if we talk about India the number of options are not as much as some other countries.

Like everyone, I too am drowning in the liquid lipstick craze and have been on a search for the options available in India. I have found some great options online, and I’ll be sharing them here in this post.

1. Chambor Extreme Wear Transferproof Liquid Lipstick

These are one of the latest additions of liquid lipsticks in the Indian market. These lipsticks were launched in the month of March itself. The collection consists of 18 shades and is priced at Rs 845 for 6 gm. The collection is exclusive to the Chambor stores or the Lifestyle counters (at least that’s what the SA has to say). I went to get my hands on these lipsticks but unfortunately out of the 18 shades, 15 were sold out and as I didn’t have many options to select from, I decided to try them some other time.

2. MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick

This is another newly added option of liquid lipstick that is available in India. These Retro Matte liquid Lipsticks are available in 15 beautiful shades and are priced at Rs 1800. Though they are pricey, but as they are from MAC, I have high expectations from the formula. These again are not very easily available. Last week I went to a MAC counter in NOIDA and they told me that the lipsticks would be coming to the store next week. I am hoping that I will be able to get my hands on at least some of them before they become out of stock.

3. Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick

Kat Von D liquid lipsticks are very famous for their formulation and quality in other countries, but unfortunately, they are not very easily available in India. These lipsticks can only be seen on Flipkart and they are priced at Rs 2990 after a discount of 14%, which means that these lipsticks are actually priced at Rs 3500 in the Indian market. In the USA the lipstick is priced at $20 which is way too less than its price in India. I really wanted to try these too and I almost bought them from Flipkart, but I didn’t buy them as I wasn’t sure about the authenticity of the product. Some of the lipsticks are even priced at Rs 8500, which I think is completely worthless.

4. Colourpop Ultra Matte Lips

Another famous liquid lipstick formulation is from the brand Colourpop. The lipsticks are priced $6 in the US, but in India, these lipsticks can be bought at around Rs 1200. These are not available on online shopping sites except Flipkart, but they can be bought from some people on Instagram and Facebook. On Instagram, they can be bought from Beautytales.in. I have bought the foxy set from them and have absolutely loved it. On Facebook, there is a page called colourpop India from where colourpop products can be ordered.

5. Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick

These lipsticks are marketed in India for somewhere around Rs 3000 to Rs 4000 and can be bought from both Amazon and Flipkart. The quantity of product available is 3.2 gm which is way less for the price tag.

6. Stila All Day Liquid Lipstick

Another very famous formulation of liquid lipsticks available in the Indian Market is Stila’s All Day Liquid Lipstick. These lipsticks can either be purchased online on Amazon for Rs 3000 and above or can even be bought from Sephora India for Rs 1800. Unfortunately, there are not many shades available in stores and the ones available are mostly sold out, but buying them online is almost twice the price.

Now coming to the more affordable options present in the Indian Market :

7. 7 Heavens Color Stay Liquid Lipstick

This is one of the most affordable options available online. These liquid lipsticks are available in a number of shades and are also available in the sets of 4. These liquid lipsticks can be bought online from both Flipkart and Amazon and are priced anywhere between Rs 199 to Rs 245 depending on the shade and the site. With these lipsticks, you get 9 gm of product which is super awesome for the price range.

8. Me Now Generation Long Lasting Waterproof Lip Gloss

Though as per the name, this product is a gloss, but in the world on youtube, these lip products are famous as $1 Ebay liquid lipsticks. Yes, these lipsticks are available for just $1 on eBay, but in India also, they can be bought for a starting price of Rs 199.

9. Arezia Matte Me

These lipsticks are a copy of Sleek’s Matte Me Lipsticks.  Arezia Matte Me Lipsticks can be brought from Flipkart as well as Amazon at a price ranging from Rs 249 to Rs 299. The lipsticks come is a square shaped tube packaging containing 6 gm of the product.

10. Incolor Matte Me

These lipsticks are very similar in their formulation to Arezia’s Matte Me lipsticks and they too are a copy of Sleek’s Matte Me Lipsticks. Incolor Matte Me variant can be bought on Flipkart for a price range of Rs 270- 299. The only one negative point I found about the Flipkart selling these lip products is that, every lip product from this line of Incolor comes with an additional delivery charges of Rs 80, which means that if you buy 2 Incolor Matte Me lipsticks from Flipkart you would have to pay an additional amount of Rs 160 as delivery charges.

Apart from these 10 listed options, there is some more variety of liquid lipsticks that can be seen online on Amazon or Flipkart. Some of them are Cameleon Colorstay 2 in 1 Liquid Lipstick, Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick, Lime Crime Velvetines Liquid Matte Lipsticks’, Color Fever liquid lipsticks etc.

Though I am not sure about the authenticity of the International Products that are available on Flipkart or Amazon, there is one more site from where these liquid lipsticks and many more other things can be bought at a much cheaper price. Aliexpress.com is a site, which contains a number of products at throwaway prices, but of course, all the branded products sold on the site are fake.
