I am using Lotus Herbals products from my high school days and I still believe those blindly. But now their professional range is also easily available in the market so I decided to try some of the products from Lotus Herbals professional range. Lotus Professional PhytoRX Deep Pore Cleansing Face Wash is one of them I am using it right now Here is what I feel about the product

My experience with Lotus Professional PhytoRX Deep Pore Cleansing Face Wash:

Lotus professional phytoRx deep pore cleansing face wash comes in a deep green colored tube with a silver cap attached to it. Nothing fancy in the packaging but it has fallen on the ground from my hand once and the locking system of the flip cap broke! Though the packaging seems sturdy at first, but you have to be careful during use because the lid doesn’t lock properly after that.

Coming to the texture, it is purely a gel-based face wash which is mainly meant for oily to acne-prone skin. As I have oily skin in summer I have picked this one without any second thought. There are two to three more varieties of face washes in this range. The gel is clear colorless and it contains some green granules which are not at all harsh on the skin during application. Rather they help to wash out the dead skin cells in a regular manner. It doesn’t have any artificial fragrance and I, quite like the botanical fragrance it has.

This face wash cleans the face thoroughly making the skin soft and supple. It doesn’t over dry my skin and I don’t feel any stretching sensation after rinsing off. It can be used for every type of skin and it is a boon for oily skin as it doesn’t cause any breakouts. Very dry skin people may find it drying. Also, it is free from any preservatives.

Cons of Lotus Professional PhytoRX Deep Pore Cleansing Face Wash:

• Quality of packaging is not up to the mark

Apart from that, I didn’t find any other con for this.

I am quite happy after using this regularly. It is formulated from natural ingredients and free from artificial color and fragrances. If you have an oily and acne-prone skin you can give it a try.
