Today’s post would be about Nykaa So Matte Lipstick Caramel Margharita. Last month I bought 5 shades of these So Matte! Lipsticks in their mini versions. I have already reviewed the shades, Notorious Red and Trusty Rusty on the blog. Let’s see how is this color is different from the others.

Like the regular sized So Matte! Lipsticks from Nykaa cosmetics, these mini versions also come in all black packaging. The bullet is regularly shaped but the actual lipstick is square shaped. The mini version is tiny and extremely adorable. The number of the lipstick is mentioned on a sticker pasted on the bottom of the lipstick but no name is mentioned on the actual lipstick. The name of the lipstick is mentioned on a similar sticker pasted on the base of the outer box.
As the lipstick is tiny (only 1.5 gm), it is easy to travel with and can fit easily into even a small bag.
My Experience with Nykaa So Matte Lipstick Caramel Margharita:
The shade Caramel Margharita belongs to the brown family of lipsticks. All the 3 shades that I have so far tried from the collection have somewhat different pigmentation. Though all of them are creamy and easy to apply, some are more opaque than the others. The shade Caramel Margharita is one such sheer shade on initial application. It is easy to build color and a few multiple swipes can get you the desired opacity.
The staying power of the shade is not so amazing, though it can last upto 3 hours without a meal, even a small meal can fade up the color from the inner sections of the lips. The formula is easy to re-apply and its tiny size makes it easy to carry.
Overall Experience:
Overall, again the shade Caramel Margharita is an average shade for me. It is not a special shade but is good for ladies who want to experiment with colors out of the red and pink family. It is easy to wear brown with a decent staying power.
