Hello girls! If you regularly follow my reviews you already know that I am a diehard fan of matte lipsticks. Though I didn’t really love liquid mattes, but this time I can’t resist myself as everyone is raving about sugar smudge me not liquid lipsticks. So I also have picked four of them and today I am reviewing ‘Sugar Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Rust Lust’.

Packaging:
Sugar smudge me not liquid lipstick comes in a square shaped plastic see-through container with a black lid attached to it. Further, it is secured in a cardboard box on which all the details are written. Now as the containers are see through you can see the shade color from outside but on the paper box, only the name of the shade is written. Although the packaging is very much travel-friendly and sturdy.
My experience with Sugar Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Rust Lust:
It comes with an inbuilt applicator on in the lid of the container and the applicator is pretty well shaped and one can apply the lipsticks on lips very easily with this. The tip of the applicator is also very soft and gives precise strokes on your lips.
The shade rust lust is a pretty shade of red and this has some prominent brick undertone to it. it suits most of the Indian skin tone especially the brown skin tones and doesn’t look over the top. The texture of this lipstick is liquid when you apply on your lips but after 1-2 minutes it settles into the dry matte. You need to exfoliate your lips every time you apply these lip colors as they tend to make your lips look dry and define lip lines! So you need to be careful during application. It gets patchy after meals so you have to reapply afterward. Overall I am not very convinced about the formula but the shades are to die for. This range has really pretty shades and you can try at least once.

Cons of Sugar Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick Rust Lust:
- Strictly not for very dry chapped lips
- You should exfoliate your lips prior to application
- Some may feel uncomfortable after applying this as these are really very drying on lips

Overall Experience:
Sugar smudge me not liquid lipstick has a very wide shade selection so if you want a matte liquid lipstick you will end up finding your favorite shade here. But if you have very dry lips you should think twice. But if you don’t have dry lips problem you can definitely give these a try.
Wow such a pretty shade .. i would definitely pick it up next..auch a bright orange based red…
